The Montgomery County Department of Parks of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (Commission) is requesting proposals from highly-qualified consultant teams for professional services including landscape architecture, civil/environmental, structural and MEP engineering, architecture, lighting, geotechnical, cost estimating, and limited bidding/construction administration services for the new Wheaton Action Sports Park, to be located within Wheaton Regional Park at 11717 Orebaugh Avenue, Wheaton, MD 20902.
