Request for Proposals

For Sale of Property at

100 N. 1st St. (Sanitation Barn)

The City of Dodge City invites developers to submit proposals for the purchase of land and building(s) at 100 N. 1st St. (also known as the Sanitation Barn). It is currently Zoned Industrial 1 (low density).

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 4:00 p.m. August 19th, 2022.
