Request for Proposals

For Sale of Property at

703 W. Trail St. (Water Building Site)

The City of Dodge City invites developers to submit proposals for the purchase of land and building(s) at 703 W. Trail St (also known as the Water Building Site). It is Zoned Industrial 1 (low density).

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 4:00 p.m. August 19th, 2022.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
