Yellowstone County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide and manage professional moving services for the upcoming relocation of County offices to the new County Admin Building, located at 2825 3rd Ave North, Billings, MT 59101.

Offerors shall submit 5 hard copies of the bid in a sealed envelope. Bids may either be mailed to or physically delivered to the following addresses: Mail To: Yellowstone County BOCC, PO Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or Physically Deliver To: Yellowstone County BOCC, Stillwater Building, Room 3101, 3rd Floor, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Admin Building Moving Services RFP".

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. August 25, 2025. RFPs received after this deadline will not be considered.

In order to provide a complete understanding of the project, a mandatory, in-person Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025, at 10:30am. The meeting will begin in Room 3107 on the 3rd Floor of the Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101. The meeting will consist of a walkthrough of work areas to be moved. Attendance will be taken. Proposals submitted without a representative attending the presubmittal meeting will not be considered.


Yellowstone County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the proposals submitted and to accept the proposal that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.
