REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : WESTCHESTER COUNTY BEE-LINE BUS AND PARATRANSIT
VEHICLE ADVERTISING SERVICES
The County of Westchester (the “County”), acting by and through its Department of Public Works and Transportation (“DPW&T”), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide the County with transit bus and paratransit vehicle advertising services, as specified in this Request for Proposals (the “RFP” or “Request for Proposals”) for the Westchester County Bee-Line Bus (“Bee-Line”) system. The chosen vendor, in return, will have the exclusive right to solicit, sell, and place advertisements on County fixed-route buses, pursuant to the terms of this RFP.
