REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : Westchester County Rapid Stream Assessment Analysis and Community-based Program Development
The Westchester County Department of Planning is inviting proposals to design a Rapid Stream Assessment (RSA) program across Westchester County. This proposal will also include a virtual data assessment of the program and support community engagement and outreach efforts associated with the RSA program, which will engage local residents in ongoing stream monitoring and County watershed plans.
