A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on July 14, 2026 at 10:00 am, at 33 S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60005.

Any inquiries regarding this RFP must be received by email to John Giannetti jgiannetti@vah.com by 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 16, 2026.

Contractors wishing to be considered must submit their responses electronically in PDF format to the Superintendent of Maintenance at cgorecki@vah.com no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Monday, July 20, 2026. Hard copies will be accepted at the Public Works Facility located at 222 N Ridge Arlington Heights, IL 60005.
