Forsyth County is seeking 2-4 contractors to provide towing services for the county. Services shall be for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles.

Qualifications:
|
a) Must have appropriate credentials, licenses, and/or certifications to provide towing services in the state of North Carolina.
b) Contractor must be registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State as a business operating in the state.
c) Must have a minimum of seven years’ experience offering 24/7 vehicle towing services.
d) Contractor must submit a minimum of three references with the proposal of accounts in North Carolina of similar size and scope of Forsyth County, which have been serviced within the last three (3) years.
e) Contractor must provide a single point of contact to handle requests, address needs, and manage the overall contract. This point of contact MUST be able to address needs, fulfill requests, coordinate training, and provide feedback on other issues pertaining to the contract.
f) Must directly employ all staff. Sub-contracting of staff is not permitted.
g) Must offer services for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles.
h) Must provide 24/7 services, including on holidays, weekends, and inclement weather.

Special Requirements:
|
|
a) Must be physically located within 25 miles of 3730 N. Liberty Street, Winston-Salem, NC.
b) Must comply with Forsyth County’s insurance requirements.
