The County of Westchester, acting by and through its Department of Community Mental Health (“DCMH”), is seeking proposals from agencies or organizations to create a Crisis Stabilization Team (“CST”), comprised of family support, peer support, and social worker/ Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) services.
