Request for Proposal Snow Removal 2026/2027

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to provide PFT with Snow Removal Services at a competitive rate for all township roads; approx. 25 miles for the term of one year (2026/2027) and any renewal periods agreed upon up to three years.
Bidders should read the entire set of specifications carefully, as these will form the basis of the contractual agreement with PFT. PFT is seeking Bid Proposals from qualified vendors for Snow Removal Services for approx. 25 miles of Township roads for the 2026/2027 winter season. Bid packets w/specifications can be obtained at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically via PennBid are due by 3:00pm on Monday, October 5th and will be opened that evening at the BOS meeting at approximately 7pm.
The successful bidder must provide a guarantee of performance in the amount of 10% of the amount of the contract.
