REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SNOW REMOVAL

Fuller Road Management Corporation is seeking a qualified, experienced, responsive, and responsible vendor with a minimum five years of relevant experience, with successful completion of commercial snow removal for three similar projects within the last 5 years to:

Provide snow plowing, snow blowing, snow shoveling, salting, and snow/ice removal services on all site wide roadways, parking lots to include site wide loading docks, sidewalks, and entryways at the property located at 141-257 Fuller Road, Albany, New York and known as the Albany NanoTech Complex (the “Premises”). These services are for each snow/ice storm resulting in any accumulation of snow 1” or greater on the Premises or as directed by FRMC. Further, it is expected that the Bidder shall remain onsite for the duration of the snow event. For the purposes of the intended contract(s) resulting from this RFP, a “snow event” shall mean any weather occurrence that results in accumulation of snow, ice, or mixture thereof.
