Forsyth County is seeking security and company police services for various Forsyth County facilities as described herein. Services solicited under this RFP are both security personnel and company police personnel services, as outlined in the included attachments. Company police services shall be defined as services provided by those certified to operate as Company Police, consistent with NC Company Police Act, who have the power to carry a firearm, power to arrest, and all other powers vested to Company Police in the State of North Carolina.
