REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) MODOT 0000000263SL,1: St. Louis District Video Wall Solution

This document constitutes an RFP from prospective qualified Offerors to provide a video wall solution to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), as set forth in this RFP. This video wall solution will be deployed at the existing Transportation Management Center (TMC) located in Chesterfield, Missouri. It is the intent of this RFP to have the successful Offeror enter into a Contract Services Agreement with MHTC (hereinafter Resulting Agreement). The contract period will be from the date of the fully executed Resulting Agreement through two (2) years with three (3) one-year renewal options.

Proposal bond is required, and all proposal bond documents are attached and must be mailed to the buyer of record, Lori Tackett, at MoDOT, 830 MoDOT Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65101 prior to proposal end date.

MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS (powered by MOVERS), by mail through USPS, UPS or FEDEX. If the Offeror intends to submit a hard copy proposal, the Offeror must notify the buyer of record (Lori.Tackett@modot.mo.gov) within five (5) days before the RFP closing date. MoDOT will not accept any proposals by email.
