Synopsis

MHTC seeks to select a Pool of qualified Firms to provide investment banking services. The Firms selected for the Pool agree to provide these services to the MHTC for MHTC Bond transactions issued by the MHTC on a negotiated basis and will consult with the MHTC’s representative regarding the services provided pursuant to this RFP. The contract period will be from date of fully executed agreement through an initial period ending September 30, 2029, with two (2) one-year renewal options. MoDOT will only receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS. Proposals will not be accepted by email.
