REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) MODOT 0000000236SL,2: Closed-Circuit Television Camera Assemblies

The solicitation seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Camera Assemblies to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), St. Louis District. The contract period will be from the Date of Award through June 30, 2027, with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods or any portion thereof. Proposal bond is required, and all proposal bond documents are attached and must be mailed to the buyer of record, Ashten Lorts, at 830 MoDOT Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65101 prior to bid end date. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If an Offeror intends to submit a hard copy proposal, the buyer of record must be notified five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept bid responses by email.
