Project Description: The Housing Authority of Covington (HAC) requests proposals from qualified, licensed electrical companies who exhibit professionalism, experience, and timely communication. Contractors(s) shall perform Electrical Services for HAC owned properties throughout Covington, Kentucky.
HAC intends to create a “pool” of Contractor(s) to provide Electrical Services utilizing various Contractor(s) which will be available on an as-needed basis. The actual number of Pool participants chosen will depend on the number of qualified proposals received.
