PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of San Bruno (City), through the Public Works Department, is requesting proposals to update the City’s 2020 Water Urban Management Plan (UWMP). The UWMP must be adopted and submitted to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) by July 1, 2026.
