  • Summary:The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from experienced firms in order to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for providing Bookstore Management and/or Retail Merchandise Services for students, faculty and staff of Virginia Commonwealth University. This solicitation allows for the possibility of multiple contract awards, enabling the university to engage different vendors for merchandising and textbook services based on the strongest proposals submitted in each category. This strategic method is designed to attract innovative and dependable partners that can meet our distinct needs effectively.
