QUESTIONS PRIOR TO DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSAL: All questions must be in writing and directed to the procurement officer. The interested party must confirm phone conversations in writing.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIVE OF PROPOSAL: Bids must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. AKST on August 12, 2026. faxed, oral, or physical bids will not be accepted.
