Request for Proposal (RFP 05-25 ) Public Defender.

Qualified firms or persons are invited to submit proposals to the City of Folly Beach to provide the services of a Public Defender. To be deemed qualified, the Candidate must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and must be a member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar; and demonstrate requisite experience, skills and resources necessary to successfully perform the services requested in the solicitation.
