Description:

The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) requires a Contractor to organize and coordinate a comprehensive and inclusive statewide Earthquake Early Warning (EEW) education and outreach campaign; provide public relations activities and engagement that achieve targets, including increasing downloads of the California EEW app MyShake; and provide targeted outreach to low-income/vulnerable populations and to the critical infrastructure sectors listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) to encourage both the use of the app for workforce safety, as well as the use of EEW technology to enable automated actions for critical infrastructure sectors and notifying members of individual workforces.
