NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed RFP responses will be received by the Salem County Purchasing Agent, on JULY 15, 2025 at 2:00 PM prevailing time in the Salem County Administration Building, Office of the Purchasing Agent, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey, 08079, at which time and place responses will be opened for:

Providing Professional Services Final Design for Griffith and Grant Street, County Road #657 Resurfacing and Safety Improvements Project (from NJ Route #49, M.P. 0.00, to the Salem City/Mannington Township Municipal Boundary, M.P. 1.30, a distance of 1.30 Miles) for the County of Salem, Salem County Project #25-1485.

This “Request for Proposal and Qualifications” (RFP/RFQ) document is official notification of needed professional services. This RFP/RFQ is being issued to solicit a Proposal from firms qualified to perform professional engineering services. A submittal does not guarantee that the firm will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice that the firm desires to be considered.

Proposals shall be made in the manner prescribed. The Proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the legend, PROPOSAL and QUALIFICATIONS for Professional Services for Final Design for Griffith and Grant Street, County Road #657 Resurfacing and Safety Improvements Project (from NJ Route #49, M.P. 0.00, to the Salem City/Mannington Township Municipal Boundary, M.P. 1.30, a distance of 1.30 Miles) for the County of Salem, Salem County Project #25-1485, on the outside. The Proposals will be opened by the County Engineer. Late Proposals will not be considered.

This proposal is being solicited through a “Fair and Open” process in accordance the N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Firms are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (NJAC 17:27, et seq) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C.33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure.
