Public Works Building – Restroom Remodel

The Town of Carrboro is seeking informal bids for the remodel of a restroom facility located at the Public Works Building at 100 Public Works Drive, Carrboro, NC 27510. The work involves converting an existing single-stall restroom and adjacent two showers into a new ADA-compliant two-stall restroom. The project includes demolition, plumbing, framing, flooring, fixtures, lighting, and finishes. One section of wall to be removed and reconfigured is likely load bearing. The building will remain occupied throughout the project.  Work and schedule must be coordinated with Project Manager. All work must meet all applicable building codes and ADA requirements. Applicable permits will be responsibility of the contractor. See attached proposed drawing for reference.
