REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : PROVIDE 24 X 7 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF THE COUNTY OF WESTCHESTER’S CENTRAL HEATING PLANT IN VALHALLA, NEW YORK
Westchester County is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of professional services to operate and maintain on a 24 X 7 basis the County’s Central Heating Plant located on the County’s Grasslands Campus in Valhalla, New York. The County seeks proposals for a five (5) year contract, with the County’s option for one five (5) year renewal of the contract.
