Request for Proposal / Pressure Washing Services for Utilities

Work shall consist of cleaning all the exposed exterior surfaces for the requested water and wastewater storage tanks.  This also includes facility exterior and interior surfaces of existing facilities. Exterior surface areas for tanks include but are not limited to; concrete foundations, concrete pedestals, concrete roof systems, steel columns, steel pedestals, steel tank bowls, catwalks, ladders, support members and accessories attached to the tank.

Site visits of all facilities will be conducted at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, June 2nd and at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, June 3rd. To participate in the site visits, interested contractors should meet PROMPTLY at 9:00 AM each day at the following locations:

•        Tuesday, June 2nd: P.W. Swann Water Treatment Plant, 2800 River Ridge Road, Pfafftown, NC 27040
•        Wednesday, June 3rd: Elledge Wastewater Treatment Plant, 2801 Griffith Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103

Site visits will begin promptly at 9:00 AM each day. Late arrivals will NOT be allowed to participate and contractors who do not complete the site visits for ALL LOCATIONS will be ineligible to bid.
