The County is seeking audit services to audit entities that are currently under contract with the County to provide personal care services under the New York State Medicaid Program (“Personal Care Services” or “Title XIX Services”). This no longer includes consumer directed personal care services through the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (“CDPAP”)
