The Westchester-Putnam Workforce Development Board, under the fiscal and administrative oversight of Westchester County, is issuing this Request for Proposals to identify a qualified and experienced entity to serve as the One-Stop Operator for the Westchester-Putnam Career Center Network, in compliance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014.
