INDIGENT DEFENSE SERVICES

1. Scope of Services

Lincoln County is requesting competitive proposals for indigent defense services. The full scope of the request for proposals can be found at www.lincolncountysd.gov/bids.aspx . Bid documents can also be viewed at the Lincoln County Auditor’s Office.

2. Location of Services

Primary services will be in Canton, South Dakota, or the Minnehaha County Jail for clients that are in custody.
