Description
Purpose: Bulloch County Schools (BCS) is considering the replacement of existing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) controls at Brooklet Elementary School and Mill Creek Elementary School.
Objective: The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and select a vendor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to BCS in replacing existing controllers and related infrastructure by providing automatic control of the building¿s HVAC systems to achieve indoor comfort and management of operating costs by controlling energy consumption.
