REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL HAZEL TILTON PARK STAGE & FENCE

SEALED BID responses will be received at the City of Jacksonville – City Hall, 315 S. Ragsdale St., Jacksonville, TX 75766 until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 5 ^th , 2024 for the purpose of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and the performing of all work required to construct a stage and fence, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained by the City for tabulation, checking and evaluation. Proposals received by the City after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, courier, etc.

Submissions should include one (1) original and (3) copies of the proposal, along with one (1) digital copy, Fax or email copies will not be accepted. Incomplete or late proposals will be considered non-responsive and will not be reviewed. Each proposal must be complete when submitted. No changes, modifications, corrections, or additions may be made to the proposal once the City of Jacksonville receives it.

In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal price, City reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous service thereof or to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after date on which bids are opened.
