REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

THE PROJECT:
THE COMPLETE REAPPRAISAL AND REVALUATION
OF ALL TAXABLE AND TAX-EXEMPT REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE TOWN OF MIDDLEFIELD, CONNECTICUT
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026

Sealed Proposals to perform the subject project in accordance with the specifications enclosed herewith, and made a part of this request, will be received in the Office of the First Selectman:

Until August 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM when and where the Proposals will be opened and read aloud.

Any received after said date and time, whether hand-delivered, submitted via US Postal Service, or submitted via any other delivery service, shall be rejected.

All Proposals must include the enclosed and completed PROPOSAL FORM FOR 2026 REVALUATION, TAX AFFIDAVIT, NON-COLLUSION AFFIDAVIT, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY-AFFIRMATIVE ACTION AFFIDAVIT and REVALUATION CERTIFICATION AFFADAVIT and be placed in a sealed envelope. The sealed envelope shall be plainly marked “PROPOSAL FOR 2026 REAPPRAISAL AND REVALUATION - TOWN OF MIDDLEFIELD.” If the envelope is too small for the PROPOSAL, affix the sealed envelope to the front of the PROPOSAL package.
