The City of Pueblo is advertising this solicitation on behalf of Pueblo Urban Renewal Authority (PURA). The Pueblo Urban Renewal Authority (“PURA”) was established in 1959 to promote the revitalization of
Pueblo. Our Executive Director and 15-member board identify areas with little or no investment and create
a plan to stimulate the neighborhood through various redevelopment projects. PURA seeks proposals from
qualified human resources and executive search consultants to assist in recruiting and selecting a new
Executive Director. The Authority is entering a new phase of organizational development and is seeking
experienced professionals to guide a thorough, equitable, and transparent recruitment process.
