Request for Proposal for Homeless Support Services for Fiscal Year 2027

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit effective proposals from qualified non-profit organizations interested in providing services for populations in need of specific social services for persons experiencing homelessness. Potential responders to this RFP are strongly advised to become familiar with the content of the most current version of the publication entitled "Administrative Requirements for Social Service Contracts Awarded under the City of Albuquerque" (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrative Requirements”).

This request for proposal seeks to strengthen supports for children, youth, adults, and families by ensuring the safety of children and youth in crisis, improving household stability through access to essential furniture and housewares, and fostering partnerships with landlords to expand housing opportunities. In order to effectively address these service needs, Offerors must demonstrate a connection between the proposed activities and outputs to the identified outcomes, and define metrics and measurement tools to reliably assess progress toward achieving the identified outcomes.
The proposed project may be required to work collaboratively with other entities as identified and requested by the City.
