The City of Cambridge would like to invite you to submit a proposal for Request for Proposal for Harvard Square Kiosk Operator 2026-2028 . If submitting electronically, Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cambridgema . If submitting by paper, sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City Hall, 795 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02139 or via a Grey locked drop box labeled “Purchasing Dept” located at the rear entrance. Proposals are to be submitted no later than 11:00 am on Thursday, August 28, 2025 .

The City of Cambridge is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to operate and activate the historic Harvard Square Kiosk and its immediate frontage, and—following the completion of the plaza reconstruction, anticipated no earlier than fall 2026—also the surrounding Plaza.
