Request For Proposal For Construction of a Shipboard Firefighting Training Facility

The City of North Charleston is seeking Proposals for the Construction of a Shipboard Firefighting Training Facility, which will be located at 7270 Cross County Road, North Charleston, SC 29418. The projected budget for this project which includes all design services, engineering services, all architectural services, all permitting, all construction services, quantity identification, project design, labor hours, subcontractor fees, material prices, equipment cost, indirect cost, and profit is not to exceed $3,000,000.00.
