Description:

The City of Moorpark is requesting proposals for consulting services to conduct a City-wide Total Compensation Study to remain competitive and attract and retain a high quality workforce. Salaries are regularly adjusted by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) as well as through periodic salary comparisons with the cities of Agoura Hills, Camarillo, Fillmore, Ojai, Port Hueneme, Santa Paula, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and Ventura. Specifications exist for all current City classifications.

Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

It is anticipated up to three firms will be selected for a virtual interview during the week of November 18, 2024.
