The Central Arkansas Workforce Development Board (CAWDB) is seeking an independent consultant to conduct WIOA One Stop Operator and Title I Monitoring of the Central AR Workforce Development Area for the PY25 program year. The Central Arkansas Planning and Development District is the current One-Stop Operator.
Proposal packages can be obtained online at https://www.workforcear.com . If you have any questions, email Brad Hughes at Brad@HughesJobs.com . Proposals must be received by July 24, 2026, no later than 4:30 pm.
