The Village of Northbrook (“Village”) is requesting proposals for ambulance billing services (“Services”), as described in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). Proposers must be able to demonstrate experience with the type of services described herein. The submitted proposal should include the firm’s qualifications, scope of services/tasks, schedule and not-to-exceed costs for completing the Services specified below.
The selected firm will be invited to enter into an agreement with the Village, in a form to be provided by the Village, for the provision of the Services based upon the Project Scope section of this RFP. The Village President and Board of Trustee has the ultimate authority to approve any proposal and to authorize execution of the negotiated agreement.
