REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : FOOD AND REFRESHMENT CONCESSIONS SERVICES AT PLAYLAND BEACH AND POOL RYE, NEW YORK 10580

The County of Westchester (the “County”), acting by and through its Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation (the “Department”), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide the County with food and refreshment concessions services at Playland Beach and Pool, located at 1 Playland Parkway, Rye, New York 10580.

The intent of this request for proposals (“RFP”) is to seek out and select a qualified vendor who will upgrade the concession stand at Playland Beach and Pool to make it operational and provide high quality food and beverage services at reasonable prices for patrons, with an emphasis on customer service.
