The City of Winston-Salem (“City”) is hereby requesting proposals for providing food and beverage concessions for the City of Winston-Salem, venues to include: the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds, Bolton Pool, Winston Water Works, Long Creek Pool and other City facilities as requested. The Winston-Salem Fairgrounds properties include but are not limited to the Home and Garden Building, the Event center, and the Arena and Ice Rink.
