REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE FOR GLOBAL POSITIONING SERVICES (GPS) AND ELECTRONIC MONITORING SERVICES
The County of Westchester (the “County”), by and through its Department of Probation (the “Department”), is requesting proposals from qualified proposers to provide global positioning software, electronic monitoring equipment and related services to be used to track and monitor individuals under the supervision of the Department. These technologies will be used to monitor adults, adolescent offenders, juveniles, and Persons in Need of Supervision, as well as individuals monitored by pre-trial services.
