The City of Redwood City (“the City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the development of Redwood City’s 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) in accordance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act. The awarded contract will expire upon completion of performance of services.

Proposals are due on or before Wednesday, April 30, 2025, 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Proposer shall send one (1) electronic, PDF copy of its proposal to Daniel.larsen@redwoodcity.org with the subject “PROPOSAL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF 2025 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN.” Additional details are provided in the Request for Proposal packet linked below.
