The City will respond to requests for clarification to the RFP in written Addendum(s), as needed. Inquiries should be directed by email only to Luis Flores at SDuenas@malibucity.org. No verbal requests will be accepted. All requests for clarification must be received by Friday, October 25, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

RFPs shall be submitted electronically to SDuenas@malibucity.org no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 1, 2024. All proposals received after the deadline will be considered non-responsive. The City reserves the right to extend the deadline or accept a late submittal with good cause shown. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted.
