The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals for the scope of work herein described. Pursuant to bidding

policy, sealed proposals endorsed “Custodial and Floor Care Services at Water/Wastewater Treatment

Facilities – RFP26131” will be received until the time listed above by the City/County Purchasing Department,

City Hall Building, 101 North Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC. The City reserves the right to reject any or all

proposals.

Instructions for submitting proposals and bidding procedures may be obtained by contacting Russell Frye at

russellf@cityofws.org during regular office hours.

****Pre-Proposal Site Visits Required****

Contractors interested in submitting a proposal for these services MUST schedule and perform a pre-proposal site

visit to each location so as to familiarize themselves with the scope of work involved. Site visits will be conducted

from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the water and wastewater treatment facilities on Monday, February 23rd, 2026,

Tuesday, February 24th, 2026, and Wednesday, February 25th, 2026.
