This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is for Full professional and technical architectural and engineering services for design excellence in major repair for:
Birchmount Community Centre Heron Park Community Recreation Centre Commander Recreation Centre On behalf of the City of Toronto’s Parks & Recreation Division |
| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
1.1 The Prime Consultant must be
• An architectural firm holding a valid Certificate of Practice from the Ontario Architects Association (OAA), A copy of the current certificate must be provided under Section 4.2.1 in the sourcing event in Ariba at the time of submission. Failure to provide the certificate will result in the RFP being declared non-compliant. |

| Pre-Bid Meeting: |
Mandatory Meeting * Supplier Must Attend 1 of 3 Site Meetings
Suppliers are required to attend at least 1 mandatory meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The meetings, only 1 out of 3 meetings are required attendance. They will take place at 3 locations: On July 3 at 10am local time - 93 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough On, M1N 3J7 followed by On July 9 at 10am local time - Heron Park Community Centre, 292 Manse Rd, Scarborough, ON followed by On July 10 at 10am local time - 140 Commander Blvd, Scarborough, ON M1S 3H7 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at one of three of the mandatory meetings during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend 1 of the 3 mandatory meetings or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. Questions may be asked at the site meeting; however, they are not considered part of an official record. |
