Request for Proposal - City Hall Exterior Brick Maintenance

The City of Kirksville will accept sealed proposals for CITY HALL EXTERIOR BRICK MAINTENANCE at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, MO 63501, until 5:00 pm, July 9, 2026. The proposals should include the necessary repairs to the exterior brick surfaces at City Hall located at 201 S. Franklin St. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package clearly marked with the company's name and "City Hall Exterior Proposal."

The City will hold a Pre-Bid Meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 2:00 pm in the 2nd floor conference room at City Hall, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, MO 63501 for our proposed contract to answer questions from potential contractors.
