The City of Moline is seeking a qualified consultant to assist with site improvements at Bridgepoint 485, 1 Montgomery Drive, Moline, IL 61265. The selected consultant will be tasked with property research, environmental testing, and creation of plans & specifications for bidding. The proposed construction project shall include removal of hazardous materials, asbestos abatement, and demolition of sections of the building.

Since this is an RFP, no formal opening will be offered.
