Description:

SERVICES: A landscape installation firm shall provide and install plantings as noted in the attached 8-page document titled "SECTION 02 9300 PLANTING” and the attached four pages of drawings titled “Landscape Screening Concept” developed by TK Landscape Architects. Appendix A and Appendix B.

LOCATION: 1325 Blakely Road, Colchester Vermont, 05446

SERVICE DATES, TIME, AND HOURS: Work hours may be scheduled Mondays through Fridays from 7:00am to 4:00pm. The work shall begin no earlier than May 1, 2026, and the installation shall be completed by May 31, 2026. Watering shall be done as needed for two full summer seasons years after installation.
