The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of Department of Transportation requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP seeking professional consultant services to develop and lead a digital tool that will enable public transit agencies to create their own custom autonomous vehicle (AV) business models. These models will be based on traditional transit funding sources and may incorporate new funding opportunities explored during this pilot project.
