This project includes the removal, handling, transportation, and disposal of confirmed asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and other hazardous materials from the North Half Building, South Half Building, Demising Wall, and the South Shop West Office Roof.
The project also includes removal of fluorescent lamps, ballasts, and mercury-containing thermostats. LED fixtures are to be removed and stockpiled on site for City disposal.
